Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact.
Drop Off Your Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; your tracking number will automatically update in our system.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
